Individual music therapy sessions offer a client-centered approach tailored to your needs and preferences to address specific emotional, cognitive, psychological or communicative goals. Together, we will use music to increase awareness and work on issues that may be affecting your wellbeing or functioning. No music skills required- if you like music, that is enough to benefit from individual music therapy!

Individual Music Lessons
Learn at your own pace with music lessons tailored to your goals! Improve existing skills or start at the beginning. Virtual or in-person lessons available: guitar, violin or beginning piano. Adaptive lessons available for individuals with physical challenges, people with mental health challenges or developmental disabilities.

Group music therapy provides you an opportunity to learn and practice skills, increase awareness into various mental health topics and decrease isolation. Sessions will focus on rotating topics and clients can join one group or sign up for several. Group music therapy is welcoming of all individuals, no matter where they are on their wellness journey. No musical skill required, but you must at least like music!

Creativity Group
Learn how to use creativity to express yourself, connect with others, cope with challenges and refocus in a positive way! All people of all levels and skills welcome- this group is about the process, not the product! Each session will focus on a different creativity technique- sign up for one or several! No talent required, just a willingness to try new things!

Music and Relaxation Group
Manage stress, anxiety, pain or other issues with music-assisted live music! As a music therapist, I tailor the relaxation to the client's in the group and do something different every session! Sessions will use guitar, voice, violin, imagery, mindfulness and breathing exercises. Learn skills that you can use outside of group. Try one session or sign up for several- you are always welcome and I am open to suggestions and feedback! These are virtual sessions so you are welcome to relax wherever you are, turn off your camera for the best relaxation experience and you could even fall asleep if you could do so safely! Helping people relax is one of my best skills, come see for yourself!
06.
Beginning Guitar Group
Learn guitar in a virtual group setting. This group will focus on the basics with a variety of approaches and styles represented. Beginning Guitar Group will start at the very beginning and teach you positioning, chords, strumming and even some beginning songwriting!

Beginning Guitar Group runs for 4 months with the option to repeat if you feel you need additional practice.
